Oh my Monday

Its Monday all over again.

The weather is picking up slightly which means I can wear a bigger proportion of my wardrobe.

I bought these scalloped edge suede shorts a while ago, but as I ate so much chocolate over Christmas i've only just been able to fit into them.

Oh deary me.

It was quite hard to pick my photos today, I'm suffering from a stiff neck so I look grumpy on most of them! I must blog on though!

Everyone must own a vintage check flannel shirt, they are the easiest thing to wear and just so comfy and warm (which is essential for me). I bought this one from a vintage shop in New York 4 years ago, it has holes in places and looks a bit knackered but I still love it and wear it often.

I've chosen to style it with my faux suede shorts (now that I can finally squeeze in them) to dress the casual shirt up a little, also to add an edge of girlish charm. I'm a fan of wearing jewellery under my collars and here i've gone for something a little more quirky.
